As a certified fitness trainer, I focus on:
- One-on-one fitness training geared toward functional movement
- Screening designed to reveal one’s weaknesses, imbalances and asymmetries
- Customized fitness programming tailored to address each client’s physical needs and goals
- Safe but effective training practices
Sessions can run up to 75 minutes, based on client needs and capabilities, and typically include:
- Cardio warm-up
- Range-of-motion warm-up
- Balanced strength & conditioning training
- Cardio finisher and/or cool-down
Yoga for Every Body! A yoga student for many years, I decided to pursue advanced teacher training so I could share the interwoven mind/body connection between yoga and fitness training with my students.
Classes are small, low key, and open to Every Body. All shapes and sizes. All ages. All are welcome to join us as we build strength, encourage flexibility and find balance!
