Yoga for Every Body
A yoga student for many years, I decided to pursue advanced teacher training so I could share the interwoven mind/body connection between yoga and fitness training with my students.
A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to complete 200 hours of intensive study in the philosophy, psychology and methodology of classical astanga yoga under the direction of Beryl Bender Birch. She is the bestselling author of Power Yoga, Beyond Power Yoga, Boomer Yoga and Yoga for Warriors. One of the most highly regarded and well-known yoga teachers in the United States, Ms. Birch is the Director of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute (since 1981).
Classes are small, low key, and open to Every Body. All shapes and sizes. All ages. All are welcome to join us as we build strength, encourage flexibility and find balance!
- Saturdays, 9:00 – 10:00am, Vinyasa Flow
(some yoga experience helpful)
- Saturdays, 10:15-11:15am, Gentle Yoga
(no yoga experience required)
Cost: 10-class pass, $100
- Drop-in rate: $14 per class
- Unless you have your own, yoga mats and props are provided.
